Like a bell,
You can hear it ringing,
Yet you know truly,
It's not there,
It's presence can be unnerving,
Though you're surrounded by not but air,
Silence is like a story,
With two sides to tell,
It can be singing blissful happiness,
Or lament loneliness as well,
We embrace it,
We accept it,
Though we haven't much of a choice,
For even in the wildest storms,
Silence makes the loudest noise.
It's like a bell,
Ever ringing,
Bringing smiles or catching tears,
Yet we all know that truly, silence,
Has and always will be here~
